It's a Pleasure to Meet You!

Good morning!



We're almost 3 months into the new year and the world has been turned on its axis a number of times already! But with so much tragedy in the world today; the deaths and the politics we have to find something to keep us going.


I wanted to try something differently this year; something that I enjoy doing and something I can do by facing my fears of being judged and picked apart. So, here we are... blogging.


What will I say from time to time? I have no idea, but I fully intend to stick with something this year that is both challenging and satisfying. I like to think that I have some pretty decent ideas about the world around me and my intention is to have you thinking and exploring with me as I tackle some of the toughest topics. i.e. Politics. Religion. Social Media. Every day life and challenges.


I am deeply in love with letters because they form words that will turn into paragraphs, ideas, speeches, etc. and I love Human Beings who use their words wisely whether it be for good or for evil because that's the power of those words, their perceptions and their reception.


Allow me to introduce myself and welcome you to my wordy world!

Mercy Me

Good morning! I really hope that you are enjoying these posts as much as I am!  I had plans of putting out a different post this month, but this one ATE and left no crumbs (as the young people say) when I went back and read it! Defying Gravity

Good morning! It's Women's History Month and I'm here to celebrate being a girl loudly AND proudly!  My girl Elphaba said it best:  "So if you care to find me Look to the western sky As someone told me lately, "Everyone deserves the chance to fly" And if I'm flying solo At least I'm flying free To those who ground me, take a message back from me Tell them how I am defying gravity I'm flying high, defying gravity..."
